Wild Rocket (Diplotaxis tenuifolia) Herb Seeds.
Wild Rocket will provide a bountiful crop of leaves for the entire season if one stays on top of the picking, working as a cut and come again crop. The plant will produce long flower stalks that hold yellow flowers all summer.
Rocket prefers rich moist soil and full sun, although will tolerate a shady situation. Height: 30 - 60cm and Spread: 30 - 60cm
Herb Usage
Known primarily as a salad herb, the leaves of Wild Rocket have a more pungent taste when compared to its salad rocket counterpart. The sharp peppery, mustard taste is excellent on sandwiches, and can be picked through flowering.
Growing Instructions
Sow direct or in pots/seed trays. Cover seed with a thin layer of compost. Maintain min 15'C. Germination 14-21 days. Keep moist.
