Herb Usage
As with all Oregano's, Shrimp Oregano is an extremely aromatic herb. Generally oregano has a pungent flavour which features heavily in Mediterranean and Mexican food, as it has a great affinity for a variety of foods, especially strong flavours like wine, olives and tomatoes, vegetables, stuffing and egg dishes. This particular oregano is grown more for its decorative properties than for eating.
