Malcolm and Susie have hit on a winning formula for their displays at the last two flower shows. They have made their own 'Brick Slips' out of old bricks using a wet brick cutter ( driven by their New Zealand brother in law), these have proven very popular with the public (and the judges have approved too)!

The pathway incorporates low growing Thymes and the small terrace displays various sized planted terracotta pots - these have added a lovely dimension to the displays, and judging by the feedback we have had from you all, inspired many to attempt this kind of planting at home in your own gardens. At Hampton Court an edge detail of wooden 'Salamis' created a great finish.
