Allium ramosum Flowering in June, pure white starry flowers have red veins, it is not weedy or agressive. A beautiful, early flowering, clump forming variety of chives.
Herb Usage
Use as any other chive the leaves can be chopped and added into many dishes to add a delicate garlic/onion flavour such as risottos and omelettes. The leaves and flowers can be added to salads for flavour and visual interest.
