Herb Usage
The Three Cornered-Leek is a little like wild garlic it’s but not as pungent and the leaves and flowers can be used in the same way. The leaves are perfect in salads, the flowers also make a very pretty garnish. The leaves can be blitzed with some oil and drizzled on soups or salad.
