Some Herbs may be too tall for our standard packaging and will be trimmed to fit. This will not be detrimental to the plant but will mean that these herbs will flower later in the year.

Sage Vampire (Salvia transylvanica) Herb in 1L Pot
Sage Vampire has aromatic green leaves and effective bright blue flowers on tall stems from early to mid summer. Salvia 'transylvanica' prefers a sunny spot flourishing in a well drained border or in a large pot. The ideal time for cutting back flowering shrub sages, is the Spring once new growth can be seen and risk of frost has past. Cut up to half the plant back shaping as needed. If Sages are becoming leggy then a light summer cut may be required. Dead heading the old flowers will encourage new flowers all season.
