Tanacetum parthenium 'Flore Pleno', formerly (Chrysanthemum parthenium) produces small, double daisy-like white/yellow flowers between July and October, is grown mostly for its beautiful light green foliage, which forms a low bushy mound approx 20-60cm tall, perfect for edging. It is at home in both the flower and herb garden. A short-lived perennial, this will self-sow about and should return for many years. Will remain evergreen in most areas.
Native to southeastern Europe, Feverfew is now widespread throughout Europe, North America, and Australia, Feverfew does enjoy full sun but will tolerate some shade.

Feverfew has been used for centuries in European folk medicine as a remedy for headaches, arthritis, and fevers. The term feverfew is adapted from the Latin word febrifugia or "fever reducer." The leaves of Feverfew are harvested, and have been heralded as an aid to control migraine headaches.
