Basil mint
The plant was tiny about 25mm height at most. I couldn’t plant it outside as it would get eaten in two minutes.

Some Herbs may be too tall for our standard packaging and will be trimmed to fit. This will not be detrimental to the plant but will mean that these herbs will flower later in the year.
The Blister packs used to protect our beautiful herbs during transit are made from 100% recycled plastic and can be recycled kerbside.
Mint will thrive anywhere, preferring moist, partly shady areas, and are easy to grow from cuttings or replanting of runners. To control spread, this herb should be planted in sunken bottomless containers and kept well watered to ensure good leaf production.
Basil Mint will produce dark green leaves and small mauve flower spikes in mid to late summer, and grow 30-60 cm tall.
The subtle taste of basil in the young new leaves, in early spring, make this herb an excellent choice for combining with tomatoes.
Our potted Basil Mint herb plants are generally available to buy online between March and September.

This Basil Mint plant has arrived very healthy however I cannot get any Basil fragrance or flavour from the plant. The leaves look like a basil leaf but it is mainly mint in fragrance& taste. Very disappointing :-(
