Swiss Mint (Mentha x piperita 'Swiss') Herb Plant 9 cm Pot
Mentha piperita 'Swiss' or Swiss Mint is a native of Europe, but has been naturalised worldwide. It has all the characteristics of mint and will spread if allowed, you can avoid this by planting in a bottomless sunken pot. This is the classic Peppermint.
Herb Uses
This hardy perennial is essentially a culinary herb used in sweet dishes and drinks. Swiss mint is a strong peppermint with very intense flavour and lovely foliage - perfect for peppermint tea. Allegedly associated with Ricola herbal sugar free sweets.
