The Australian Mint Bush is a fabulous herb to grow in the border, with its stunning purple bell-shaped flowers that cover this fragrant Australian native.
Growing to over 2m, the Australian Mint Bush has tiny green leaves and needs to be kept sheltered over winter as it will not tolerate the wet and cold.
Herb Usage
The mint flavoured foliage has a Menthol fragrance and can be used to make an inhalation to clear colds and blocked noses. Also used in Potpourri.
